Certificate in Social Citizenship

IPSE Programme | Students contingent: 15 each year | Required minimum age: 18 years

The Certificate in Social Citizenship is a one-year course. Classes take place 3 days per week from September to April, followed by a 3-month work placement. Students develop skills to promote self-reliance and independence.

The course is underpinned by a rights-based agenda, and provides opportunities for co-learning between students with and without disabilities, for mutual benefit. This promotes awareness raising and reciprocal learning.
