The Training Programm Experts for Inclusion (F-INK) at PHBern enables people with disabilities to qualify as inclusion professionals in education, institutions, and society. Across three semesters, participants acquire academic foundations and applied skills that allow them to advise, advocate, and shape inclusive environments. Graduates are recognized as experts in their own right and contribute to strengthening equal participation in higher education and in public life.
